From "tipflation" to "tip fatigue," headlines about the recent shift in tipping culture have really captured the changing dynamics of our gratuity practices in the US. There's no doubt that trendy digital payment systems have played a major role in this shift, but are people happy about it? While some embrace the convenience of digital tipping, others are concerned about the pressure to tip in situations where it may not be warranted.
