While quitting a job isn't anything new, many employees were "ghosting" jobs by leaving without notifying anyone in advance. Now there's a new type of workplace "ghosting" on the rise! Data from airlines, restaurants, manufacturers and more show that it has indeed become a wider trend among US workers to ghost at the most unusual time.
